The whole story begins when Ryu gets a letter from Ken Masters, the son of a billionaire.  Ryu visits Ken on his first trip to America.  After getting beat up by guile, a true streetfighter, they travel around the world to improve their fighting skills by fighting other street fighters.  And so, their adventure begins.
