The Legend Of Hadou Ken
| Dhalsim has finally decided to teach Ken and Ryu about Hadou. They go to an area near a water falls and Dhalsim demonstrates his power of Hadou. Ryu feels some sensation activated by Dhalsim's Hadou and releases his own Ki in an uncontrollable blast. Dhalsim tells them about Bodidharma, a man who created the technique of channeling energy of living things around him into a weapon. Ryu has no control over his Ki, so he goes into the Cave of Ancients again. He faces an illusion of Guile inside, but this time Ryu doesn't get beat up, thanks to his Ki, which let's him see where Guile is going to strike him beforehand. He fires his Hadou Ken through the halls of the cave and into the atmosphere. Ken and Ryu finally leave the village. They receive a letter from Chun Li inviting them to Barcelona, Spain. |

Ken and Ryu have been invited to Spain to receive an award with Dorai for helping him with the drug bust. After the ceremony, Ken, Ryu, and Chun Li head to the bullfighting ring to watch a famous bullfighter, Vega (This guy looks pretty hot, BTW)
There, Vega sees Chun Li and is captivated by her beauty. He gives bad looks at Ken and Ryu sitting besides her. He kills the bull in her honor and she is grossed out when he gives her the bull's ear. She doesn't like his attitude with is cold and odd. After the bullfight, they are leaving when one of the bulls gets loose and starts attacking people. Ken fights with the bull, and defeats it with a little advice from Vega.
The three head back to the hotel and find Vega staying at the same hotel as they are. He greets Chun Li with sweet words and tells her the next time they meet is when their hearts are lying beside each other.
Late at night, everyone is asleep and Vega creeps in. Ken wakes up hearing footsteps. Vega quietly slips into Chun Li's room and kisses her on the lips. Ken knocks on her door to check if she is all right and Vega jumps from the balcony to the roof (which is REALLY high from the balcony) right before Ken comes into her room and commotion from Ken wakes Ryu and Chun Li up. In Vega's room, he admires himself in a mirror and smashes it when he thinks of Ken.
The next day, Ken gets an invitation to a grand ball and Chun Li is his female companion. Meanwhile, at a meeting, there is a briefing on some global group called Shadow Law with a commander named Bison (of course). Balrog, who looks really ugly, is sitting behind Dorai and is giving weird looks.
Ryu decides not to go to the ball, but to go practice his Ki on a beach. As he is practicing, Bison is driving by and stops the car to watch, but drives away as soon as Ryu notices him.
Ken and Chun Li arrive at some palace and they have to wear masks to go in. There is a death match cage in the middle of the dining area and all the spot lights go on. Vega is in the cage and invites Ken to a fight. As soon as Chun Li sees Vega, she is in a daze and doesn't respond to anything. Bison arrives and watches from a box seat. Ken jumps into the cage with Vega and learns that Vega put a love potion on Chun Li. The two make a ritual and become blood brothers. Then the fight begins.
